Hilton Garden Inn Tampa Ybor Historic District, Tampa

My family and I stayed here last year for 2 days before leaving on a Carnival Cruise, this place and staff was excellent even down to the shuttle bus driver that took us to the ship and picked us up, if you are leaving from Tampa on a Cruise this is the place to stay, or just visting Tampa, thumbs up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh very very very clean as well

We stay here at least once a year. The desk people are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and quiet. The hotel is a short walk to all the clubs and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

we go to Gaparilla Fest every year and this was a location we decided to go back to this year. we are the over 40 crowd, but still, this was a great location for the Pirate Festival. you can park your car and forget about it for the weekend. the hotel is right on the trolley line to the festival, and you are within walking distance to Ybor . Even though Ybor can be a very young crowd, that usually happens after 11 PM, when us old Mama's are winding the night down.

I stayed here for 2 nights August 2005 and enjoyed my stay totally. The only downside was that there was a problem with the telephone in my room as I was unable to dial back home to the UK to make an urgent call, there was a problem with the hotel telephone network dialling international numbers 'BUT' that was soon sorted and I mean soon, literally 20 minutes and I was very impressed by the way they got it sorted. I also had a $10 phone card delivered to my room as a way of apology. This hotel has a shuttle minibus that takes guests to places around town and its driven by a really great guy who's friendly. Whilst staying there I dropped my camera and damaged it and later asked the reception if they knew anywhere local that repairs them. The staff were only too happy to help and phone round for repair shops to help me before I was taken to get my camera seen to by the shuttle minibus

I thought the service was great! All of the employees such as Briana, Dee, Orrin, Sara, and Aimee were all so delightful! I cannot wait to stay at there again!
