I think this kind of hotel will give bad name to Medicine Hat, receptinist is very unfriendly and at time I question whether she is behaving rude due to my skin color and a foreign name. No clear sign for room number to find in 1st floor. Stay away from this hotel if you look different. I had very unpleasant experience.

I do a fair amount of traveling and I stay at a variety of different hotels. I have to honestly say that the deluxe room was very warm and cozy and I felt like it was home away from home. The staff was great, no pressure to kick me out of my room in the mornings so they could make the beds, the restaurant is amazing, and overall for the great price I will continue to stay here each time I come. My next visit is already booked. Loved it!
 
 
 
 
 
Jacuzzi suite is the best!!

The jacuzzi suites are the best!! I have never been in a room that is so gorgeous! The staff was incredible and the breakfast was great!! We will definately go there again.
