The grounds were kept up and clean and there is after hours parking lot security at night. The rooms... If you want an extended stay for a cheap price this may be the place for you. HOWEVER, keep in mind that the beds are rock hard, the showerheads do not move, there is minimal space to move around because there is a built-in seat in the shower and nothing to hold on to. VERY DANGERIOUS The kitchenette is good for two as there is only two plates and cups and so on. But it gets the job done. The room did smell a little but it appeared clean. Decor was out dated and a small tv is provided. The internet is very slow (we were here for four LONG nights). So if you're looking for a place to stay that is cheap keep in mind you will get what you paid for. The pet fee is $25 per night up to 3 nights and I felt like that was a bit much. We booked in advance and requested a 1st floor room but they gave us the 3rd. Didn't deal with staff that much but they all seemed nice. In the future I should have read more reviews to be prepared for what I booked but I learned my lesson. In the future I will pay just a little more for better accomidations... this was a bit low for me. This hotel is 2 exits from McChord AFB and about a 5-10 min drive to the mall. Just off the highway with plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. TIP just off exit 134 there is really cheap gas at lease 10 cents cheaper than near the hotel.
