InTown Suites, St Charles

If you thisnk that you can sve some $$ by staying there I would rather sleep in the car. Already when you check in the manager Tom will tell you about the no drug policy - they are having problems with drug addicted guests . One small pice of soap, one roll of toilet for one week is acceptable if it would be safe and quiet - it is not. Security consits of a blond woman afraid of the guests, all you can do if the sreaming and fighting of drunks and others starts is either ignore it or if they hammer on your door call 911. The hallway was cleaned in the morning - I saw injection needles there plus the smell of urine was horrible. Relly nothing for someone who likes to have a good time when on vacations.

When I sold my house I had to find a place where I could stay for 6 months until my new house would be ready The hotel appears clean, the manager Lemon seems to be nice uintil you know waht is going on. Apparenty car are broken into on a regular basis and this despite the fact that they have guy running around at night... The "guests"are sometimes long term stayers, drifters, workers, you might encounter some 'ladies "visiting and the mangement tries to keep drugs out of the motel as ggod as they can. Police cars stopped by at least once or twice a week whena guest is asked to leave. I found the place sourronded by police several times althoug the police officeres were very nice to visitors and do the best they can to keep small time criminals out of the place.. BUT ALL OF THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR TIME TO RELAX. Oh - the internet did not work for several weeks since they switched to a different company to save money. A small firetook place - some guests tried to grill in the room and the smoke alarm went off - a car was damaged by construction on a electricity tower from flling debris, AND TOM THE MANAGER WILL TELL YOU AT THE END OF YOUR STAY DON"T EXPECT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK 50$ NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS

My visit to the Intown Suites in Saint Charles Missouri was very pleasent. The office personal and the the staff was very friendly and helpful.MY stay was due to our house being flooded and at that time was very stressful but the staff made my visit as comfortable as they could. Thank You for your support and friendlyness during a very diffcult time.

For the money...there is nothing in the area to compare. Its close to all West St Louis Casinos, dining is all close by, easy access to interstate, great on property help, and safe.
