Quality Suites Rockford, Rockford

Enjoyed the 24-hour pool (as long as people were quite, we were told). Hotel had some kids running around, but I looked out in the hall and they got quieter. Room set-up very nice. We asked at the last minute for late check-out and got it. Hotel itself is close to many types of restaurants. Will be going back to stay for a weekend and going further south to the outlet malls. Hotel and room were clean and sparkling.

Our stay here was a nice one. Comfortable. The staff was welcoming and accommodating to us. We had family & friends join us for pizza. We were able to dine together in the eating area which was well appointed and clean. The staff was most helpful. Rooms were good and clean. We will stay here again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the lobby. I felt very safe staying at this hotel alone. The room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby and halls were quiet. The continental breakfast had more options than any one person could possibly eat. I would highly recommend this hotel

I would have to say, reading previous reviews I was reluctant to reserve a room here. But alas, our stay was most enjoyable, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. As for the water concerns other reviews have mentioned, we did not experience any of those. We had the jacuzzi suite (presidential suite) and were quite satisfied with adequate hot water. I would definitely stay here again. Side note or downfall would be they need to defrost the freezer in the in room fridge.

Well I must say that the breakfast was very nice. The room was nice,but hot water went out fast in shower. And the Pool was not heated at all it was very cold and the staff didn't seem to care, we was told that the temp. was at state standards. And you know that the pool has problems when all the kids want to get in the hot tub. And the hot tub wasn't even a hot tub the water wasn't even hot, it was like warm bath water. I will never return.

After reading all the negative reviews I tried to be open minded. The green spa and pool was correct. There was a complete green ring around the spa. Between the spa and the pool there was also another spot of green mold. The control mechanism for the spa was located on a far wall. We asked the gentleman working the desk how to start the spa because at first we could not find the switch. He informed us he did not know where the control mechanism was and offered no assistance. Breakfast was adequate at best. It was edible but I would not recommend it to anyone. Our hotel room was poorly vacuumed. There was a ring of dirt easily an inch out from the baseboards. The elavator floor was just plain filthy. I'm glad my company paid for my room. I really would have been disapointed had I been on vacation and was paying for my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights & was dissapointed that housekeeping did not clean my room the 2nd night. The 1st & 3rd nights, they cleaned my room but did not refresh the towels or soaps. The hot tub was down the entire time I stayed. The exercise room was terribly small with equipment that wasn't working properly. One of the outside doors was purposely left open because the lock didn't work. Needless to say that didn't make me feel exactly safe. The hot breakfast buffet was great! I found out while I was there that the girl (Jess) that worked night shift was also responsible for cooking the entire hot breakfast buffet. She did an amazing job at keeping up with the demand for the food but I felt sort of bad for her having to run back & forth answering phones, checking people out, & keeping the breakfast & coffee stocked. She was very sweet though & never complained. The other staff members were just as nice. Everyone that worked there, even maintenance, made it a point to say hello to everyone.

We booked a slot of hotel rooms for a soccer tournament up in Rockford. We were guaranteed non smoking double rooms. Now when I called to confirm, they have us in smoking rooms and with a pull out couch! I will be calling the corporate office regarding this "confirmation".

We really enjoyed our stay with family. Front desk person was very friendly on arrival. Excellent room size for the price of room. Great indoor pool and spa. Great free hot brakfast. Pleasure to stay at the hotel.

Smelled of smoke, though was "non smoking". No place to put clothes, no dresser. Bed was to be a king, was not even a queen. Food was terrible. Renovations going on all the time. Smelled bad, noise, debris, and workers every time we opened the door. Owners not concerned. Only good thing was it was reasonably clean.
