Sea Watch Resort, Myrtle Beach

I have been to Sea Watch Resort twice and will return again. The employees are friendly, helpful and courteous. The suites are colorful and very comfortable. The Resort itself is beautiful and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Myrtle Beach, but the Resort itself is on the beach. This is a family resort and very relaxing. Just talking about it makes me want to be there now.

When I was there they were all polite and nice, but the fire alarm went off in the evening one night, and a waterslide was not working, but it was an excellent location and such! :) Oh, but I visited last March, so they may have changed. The restaurants made 5 star food (in my opinion) and everything was perfectly suitable! It was near many restaurants and shopping malls and the view was so stunning that I wanted to never stop looking. Also, when you step outside, it is not cramped and stuffy, but beautifully open and clear. (The only thing was the smell of cigarettes, an unusual smell for a Canadian's nose) but overall, a wonderful stay!

Beautiful property. Would drive by from time to time when visiting the area,saying (That's a beautiful place, great location.) Greatly disappointed. They spend a lot of money decorating the lobby area. The rooms had warn, soiled furniture (smelled) really used. Changed rooms, second room not much better. Dengy Sheets,turned on wrong side coming off the mattress afraid to lOOk too close! Glad when the night was over so I could leave.

The only thing We liked about the Sea Watch was the location. We love the Restaurant Row area. The elevators were smelly and slow, slow, slow. We have been comming to MB for 13 Years, and never will we stay here again. We like PRIVATE Balconies, but it doesn't matter what floor or what room you are in, You look in any direction and there are people watching you. I can name you many, many nicer places to stay that will make you say WOW. One good thing was the chef who cooked the breakfast omlets and eggs. We give him 5 Stars. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach and we found the Sea Watch Resort via the internet reading the various reviews. We totly enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. The pool and beach were excellent. The room/condo had everything we needed to cook our own meals to keeping the drinks cool for the beach! The elevators was efficent but do get warm. No AC in them. Staff was extremely pleasant. Had a great firework show right outside our balcony overlooking the beach! We reccommend Sea Watch as a really nice place to stay.

my daughter's wedding was so nice, and the people was terrific from capone/gains family, the personal was so helpful and ready to help in any way that they could, the location of the resort is convienant to everything that you need, the idea of not having to go far to find anything. Thank you for giving us such a great time. My grandchildren had a great time and so did the adults. Looking forward to seeing you in september. We have told everyone about seawatch resorts, in september we have family coming from mississippi, because we have talked about you all so much

The atmosphere was great and everyone was friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was a great experience. We will be back next year.

This was my first time staying and the last time at your property. The pool was dirty and there are two rates that come out at the pool.

The housekeeping staff has always been wonderful until this year. They woke you up and if you told them to come back they would yell and tell you that if they could not clean then they would not be back. We have never had this happen until this year. Also we saw some "tick-like" bugs in the bed. We can only pray we did not carry them home.

We have stayed here the past 5 years. Everytime we have mentioned going somewhere else on vacation to the kids, they insist they would prefer returning to Seawatch. There are so many organized activities for the kids to join that they are never telling me they are bored. My husband and I enjoy the beach while the kids prefer the pool and lazy rivers. This satisifies everyone. You will never regret a stay at Seawatch.
