Horrible and Rude

I travel often and been just about everywhere. The rooms were ok - remodeled. TV few channels. Refridgerator - door falling clean off. Microwave - don't know yet. Internet HotAir - HORRIBLE! It does connects at 1MB then drops off - constantly. The HotAir internet support line - they give a ticket number, then you call back and give ticket number - and they hangup (I thought we just got disconnected) so each of the next 4 times I dialed and the same thing happened. I called the front desk to tell them about my experience with the service they are buying - they did not care, although he did say he would reset the server in the office. I thought for sure they should as any front desk at a real hotel would take down the information and contact the company to let them know they are not happy with the lack of service given to support their customer but nope. So If you need Internet for work for anything at all , stay at a REAL hotel. You have been warned.
