Not suitable for three adults
The property is neat, clean and wel maintained. The queen sized bed was very comfortable. However, we had reservations for three adults. We knew we would also have a sofa bed, no prolem. We had stayed at other Marriott's with sofa beds and always found them to be comfortable. Firat, they knew we wee coming. We had been on the road for 10 hours and were very tired. The sofa bed was not made. It didn't have a mattress pad, the mattress was completely worn out. No one could sleep on the springs. You could feel every coil. We asked for a roll away bed, hoping it would be better. The mattress was completely worn out. The springs were poking through. No pad and no linens. We sere in Denver to see a doctor. We are in our 80's and my sister who is in her 70's drove us. Would you believe she had to sleep on the roll away bed foundation. Her face was four inches from the floor. We borrowed a blanket from the room across the hall. It was too late for us to get another hotel. We did not know our way around Denver. Our son met us there and so we had five people staying in that place. The clerk said there was no other room available so we were stuck. We had always trusted Marriott hotels and had never been disapponted before but this was an experience we will not repeat. We are having to return every few weeks but we will be staying in the Holiday Inn from now on. Shame on you Marriott.
