I like this place as it is a good place to hang around

Very disappointed by this hotel. I had asked them before booking how much internet access costs and was told it's free but got a different story when I got there - GBP8 per hour or GBP15 per 24 hour; I really had to fight and prove that I was given wrong information (luckily I had the email they sent me at the time); I didn't get any apologies and staff were even quite rude. Apart from that, the room was on Euston Road and that street is so noisy I didn't sleep well at all. For a 4 star hotel I was expecting a much more pleasant stay.

There is nothing about the hotel not to like We had fantastic service from everyone,I came with My freind Angela Stewart, but I'm really looking forward to coming back with my husband this time. Thank You Pauline Harker

The Hotel has all one requires. The breakfast was abundant with many selections. I had a very nice, clean standard room which was more than adequate. Personel was all warm and most helpful. However, I don't like paying for the internet. I think the internet should be free to all. IMO Tom, USA

Two 'old' school friends and I spent one night here booking through a theatre deal, celebrating a 60th birthday! We were delighted at the reasonable price of the deal, but although we were promised a 4 star hotel, expected a room overlooking the dustbins at the very least! We were delighted to find ourselves on the 11th floor with a very nice view. The room was perfect and even the camp bed made up for the third occupier was, I was assured, very comfortable. We slept with the window open all night so the traffic noise was there but not unbearable. The bathroom was superb, had a little trouble adjusting the very powereful shower but I'm sure with a little more practice......! We only had two cups in the room but after advising reception staff, another was put in there by the time we returned from our theatre visit(which was also great!). The breakfast was first class with every possible choice(except there were no fried eggs but I feel sure if we'd have asked we would have got them). The reception and waiting staff were very pleasant and efficient. The location was fine and the local hostelries looked very inviting if only we had had more time! We will definitely book in here again if(more like when)we return for another visit even if only for the lovely view from the panoramic lift!. Hopefully next time it will be for longer.

Good value. Clean, large rooms that are simply furnished. Large bathrooms - spotlessly clean and bright. Rooms facing Euston Rd can be extremely noisy -ask for a room in the back. Breakfast is great. If you're looking for a quaint place this is not it. If you're looking for a convenient, clean hotel that's not going to send you to the poorhouse then this is for you.

My wife and I spent our Golden Wedding Anniversary at this West End hotel. We found it to be a well appointed establishment with a very friendly staff who made every effort to make our stay a memorable one - as it indeed was - our 50th!! The restaurant and bar service was extermely good - well run by staff clearly trained to cope with many guests, all wishing to have their meals in reasonable time in a relaxed atmosphere.
