Super 8 Fort Worth North, Fort Worth

The whole experience was a disaster. First of all we had booked out room online then called and made changes. When we arrived they did not have a room with two beds for us as we had requested in the change and they increased out rate because we had cancelled one night of our stay. They finally agreed to put us in a King room with a pull out for another increased rate. By the time it was all done, I could have stayed at the Marriott. They only gave us two towels for four people. They also complaned about our dogs even though we clearly indicated that we would have dogs when we made the reservation. They were even listed in the Dog Show Catalog as accepting dogs. The lady said that they did not take dogs and I told her that I had seen other dogs there. She said, thy must be hiding them. The Super Start breakfast was nothing more then a continental breakfast and they were low on everything. only a few donutes, hard beagles and warm cream cheese. Several other guest complained about their reservations not being correct and about the rates being higher then indicated at the time of the reservation. I will never stay here again and may not stay at any Super 8 after this experience.
