Super 8 Indiana, Indiana

This hotel needs some TLC! Breakfast was a joke, I think they went to Walmart and bought the few things they could find, no coffee and no fruit. Rooms are smelly and not very clean, we wanted to open window to air out but no go, wouldn't open. Am visiting again due to desperation, graduation weekend and the town is full!

I had no problems at all with this motel. Everything was very clean, the staff was wonderful, the rate was great, and all conveniances were available to me. I will definately be back.

Run down, dirty, the breakfast is a joke, all around a very bad experience and a poor value for the money. The first room had trash on the window sill and a past guest had written messages in the filmy dirt on the window. The end table between the beds was in pieces with exposed particle board. Stains on the sink, all around terrible condition. I went to the desk and complained, they gave me another room which while free of trash also had a broken end table. Had family staying in 2 other rooms, they ALL had broken end tables. Unbelievable. The breakfast area consisted of 7 seats at two tables. By 8:00 the bread, bagel, english muffin area was empty, the coffee was empty, the orange juice machine was empty, and their was no milk for cereal. No bowls either. Literally there was nothing other than oatmeal packets to be made in Styrofoam cups.

The word CLEAN did not exist for the room we had. After 3 days complaining we did get Fresh and Non- Stained linens for the beds. We got a laugh from their little sign asking the guest to economise by not asking for fresh towels each day However the window would not open for fresh air and we had to constantly run the A/C unit..So where does the economising come in??? Anyway Call us Foolish but we are headed back and will give them another try. Checking out early is an option we just might use.

Rooms were dirty, carpeting in rooms is flifthly, keys did not work in the doors, staff was very rude. Lobby was not clean, stayed on a non-smoking floor and we smelled smoke all the time. Rates were high for that town, come on what is there. Not a tourist city.

The place was nice enough the breakfst was small but OK. However the bathroom had mold and tile was falling off at the base of the walls. The service was nice enough but I would stay there again.

Undertrained and rude staff, stained towels, dirty floors, missing light bulbs, inflated rates (don't believe their price guarantee, they change their minds daily), other guests food still left in drawers, rooms left uncleaned with multi-night stays, garbage in the parking lot, garbage overflowing in receptacles in front of hotel, Hostess donuts from a box is the "continental breakfast." I'm sure I left something out of our lovely stay, but you get the idea.
