Super 8 Osage Beach, Osage Beach

Loved the Location! Everyone was so very friendly and helpful. The Pool was perfect for the kids and so close to the outlet mall!

The pool was very cold for being a heated pool. It smelled weird through out the building.But was not the worst place i have ever stayed at

The temperature in the pool is way too cold for swimming. I don't believe the thermostat works. The hot tub is dirty and it smells bad. The room was in poor condition and smelled bad also. The water to take a shower does not get hot just luke warm. The heat/cooling unit in the room did not work. When I told the front desk. They said it was the thermostat wich self adjust. How ever we couldn't even get the fan turn on. They never offerd any solution or help. We had to sleep with the window open on a ground floor room. It seems to me they are trying to cut corners at every turn to save themselves money at the exspense of the paying customers comfort. Very unclean!

My sister & I stayed at the Super 8 in Osage Beach, MO recently. Had a nice time there. This is a very, nice & clean hotel. We were gone all day and spent our evenings at the hotel after we ate out for supper. The price was good. It is one of the cheapest, nice hotels in the area. The price goes up on Fri. night for the weekend. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was fine. My sister loved the coffee! It's important to her that a hotel has great coffee. It was a highlight of our trip for her. There was a waffle iron with pre-measured mix in paper cups. Then there was the usual breakfast foods...cereal, milk, bagels, donuts, & muffins along with fruit drinks in a fountain. Our room had a mini fridge & a hair dryer in it. We asked for an iron & ironing board at the lobby desk and kept it in our room while there. The ironing board is the table-top type which was fine with us. We chose not to have our room cleaned the whole time we were there. We hung the 'do not disturb' sign on our doorknob. Laid our dirty towels on the floor outside of our room. Whenever we wanted clean towels, we picked them up at the lobby desk. I was in the pool at 6:30 p.m. when there wasn't anybody else there. We recommend this hotel as a great place to stay. Would stay there again. The one thing we didn't like about this place was the sign. It needs to be lit up and taller 'cause you'll miss it if you're not looking for it.

This place was the worst Super 8 I have ever stayed at. The walls and carpets in the halls were filthy. The room was in bad condition. And the rates were higher than other hotels on the same street. When I complained about the rate being higher than the hotel next door, and also the posted price on the internet, I was told "you should just stay over there". Very rude people.
