Never Again
We have stayed here before and was always pleased. Six of us go to Disney World every year so staying here is the easiest, we can all be in one room and the shuttle to and from the airport is why we book it in the first place. In the past never a problem, alway clean and the staff alwayspleasent and helpful.
This year we check in and come to find we are in a room that sleeps only 4, so upon calling the front desk I am told "sorry you called and changed it there is nothing I can do" Now let me say I called two prior to our stay as I was looking on the website to see the shuttle times because this year we got an earlt flight of 7am and the web site says the shuttle starts at 6am. So I called to check on the time and was told that the web site was wrong and there shuttle times are from 4am - 11pm
On this call I spoke with the same young man whom had checked us in. He remembered our conversation and when he read back our reservation to me they had us in a smoking room, not good as my nephew has a breathing machine, anyway he makes a few clicks and says "your all set, 6 people in Queen room with a pull out" Now he knew we had 6 people, 5 adults and 1 child, he remembered our conversation but still insisted that I changed my room type??
Long story short he would not fix it, wouldnt give us a bigger room or another room room that would sleep 2. After an hour of going back and forth, and him after us asking, trying to call his manager said he would try and find us an air bed. An hour later we get an air bed with no pump! After yet another hour and no pump we called down and said forget it and my nephew had to sleep on the floor, this was 11pm we checked in at 7pm and had to catch the shuttle at 5am. Oh and the nasty young man at the front desk said he had NO rooms, well we had my nephew mom call the hotel and she was told "yes we have rooms open just stop by and we can accomadate you" nice huh?
So then our return trip...our flight was delayed from Florida because of Fay, we touched down at 10:35pm my nephew gets off the plane and call the hotel for our shuttle at 10:50pm and was told by the same nasty desk clerk that "oh sorry our driver is stuck in traffic and wont be back until 11:45 and then he will be off duty, you will have to call a cab...sorry" yep it ended the way it started BAD worst customer service I have ever had, anywhere! Also the manager was to call us and needless to say he never has, again just bad, bad customer service never ever again. We will take our business elsewhere.
