Probably won't go back

There has been 3 nights that I went without heat in my room. It was 37 degrees outside in the evening. I was assured that it would be fixed. Finally someone fixed it. I also let them know that the faucet on the bathtub was ready to fall off. There was burn marks on the countertops in the bathroom. Staff was vacuuming at 8:00 in the morning. There are no platinum benefits here. The breakfast in the morning wasn't great. All tasted like it was processed. Honestly I am not one to gripe. I will let it go. But I was freezing. This time I was furious. When I came in at 10:00 at night to ask them about the heater again the lady said that she would give me another room right then. Are you kidding. I worked a 12 hour day and it's late. I will deal with it until tomorrow. Came in the next day and the thermostat was not working at all.
At that [point I decided to move to another hotel. I am not the only one that has had to deal with this at this hotel.
