You Get What You Pay For
I have been using this hotel for 5 years, when I commute in to West Palm Beach for business trips.
I keep coming back because the weekly rates are significantly less than the other hotels in the area. The location is convenient to the airport, shops and restaurants. The rooms have a kitchenette with microwave, stove(no oven) and a fridge. The hotel provides utensils, a basic assortment of dishes, can opener, pasta strainer. If you plan to cook a few meals, be sure to buy some paper towels, a sponge and dish washing soap when you buy your groceries.
Over the years I have noticed a slight decline in the quality of the fixtures in the room; the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. ( in a recent stay 1/3 of the weather stripping under the door was missing, the full length mirror in the room had a 2 foot long crack in it, and there was some rust on the fixtures of the freezer section of the fridge)
The kitchenette is a nice perk; I can cook simple meals or re-heat food brought home from a restaurant.
The hotel and maid staff are courteous, but depending on who you get behind the counter to check you in, the process could be a bit on the slow side. I figure that checking in could take a 4 or 5 minutes, but sometimes it takes nearly 10 minutes,,,,its not a tragedy, just an observation.
