It was clean, breakfast was deliscious and desk clerk very accomidating. Now the bad stuff....People having party across the hall, 20 people in 1 room consistently slamming the doors after a 13 hour drive. Kept waking us up. High speed internet was so slow, I could barely use it. They have complimentary HBO and we started to watch a very good movie and about 15 min into it the HBO went out and was still out in the morning. Usually Hamptons are good. Thats about our experiece

excellent staff, clean, pet friendly

All staff members were very welcoming and friendly; also very professional. I always stayed at Hampton Inn when possible but this time I had a pet and was delighted that this location was Pet friendly. Very quiet,clean hotel. I was there for a few days and enjoyed my stay. The attidude and friendliness never changed. from the front desk, breakfast area, and room service. I now have a place to stay that is comfortable and very clean. I have stayed at several Hampton Inns before and I keep coming back because of the excellent service and best of all this location is Pet Friendly. No one would have known that it is pet friendly unless you see the pet. My only sugestion is to have a sign on the main entrance road (40) to identify that it is at that location in that complex. it is hard to find at nights.
