Silver Sands Villas, Fort Myers Beach

If we could live here I would be in heaven! Need I say more?

Clean, friendly, right in the middle of all the action. Has a dock for boating the back waters, what's not to like! Had my 30th birthday there, when we arrived there was a banner on the deck railing as well as Yuengling in the fridge!

I have not stayed at this adorable place, but live on the beach and wanted to comment. Silver Sands strives to make their place attractive and not garish - From the folks I have spoken to the guests are well taken care of and the staff is very pleasant. I am a member of our local art community and Silver Sands has been supportive of us and participates in helping make this island a better community! Plus dog friendly as well as people friendly - I know people who return to FMB and only will stay there!

I enjoy Silver Sands everytime we have visited. They are very helpful for our late check ins or our late check outs. I have dogs and they have always been helpful for my needs. I love the room they gave us. My favorite is #4 and they do their best to get me that room. I have stayed in others and enjoyed them also. They have always been clean and comfortable. I will return again in the near future.

We love this place for a quiet adult atomsphere for both you and your pet. Very friendly staff, lovely gardens, board games available to play if you should happen to get a rain day or need some quite time out of the sun in the gardens. Quests are always relaxed and friendly and its just tucked away far enough to give you that very peacefull relaxing week or weekend that you crave away from the busy stressfull life one normally leads. One of the best features of Silver Sands besides the atomsphere and friendly staff is the ability to park your car for the week and walk to what ever you may wish to do from shopping , to the beach or dinning...

we have been here a 4or 5 times in the last 6 years for our anniversary. last april we decided to take our inlaws to ft myers for a cruise on the big m ship. we were put in a room with 2 bedrooms, it was terrible old, smelled it was so disgusting we were so embaressed we will never go back again, we brag to out in laws how great this place was. we could have easily enjoy a more expensive place, but it had always been our favorite place. we are sorry we cant go there again, we do love ft myers beach so we will find another place. mr & mrs Louis Comeau

We can stay anywhere in Florida we want, but we keep going back to Silver Sands, if you want to feel like your the only guest they have go there. We have been there several times in the past seven years and it never seems to get old, the cottages are clean, the help are great and shopping, eating, partying,all only a few minutes away in any direction, yes Silver Sands is the place to be.

I stayed once in June 2007 and again in July 2007.I absolutely loved it and can't wait to stay again. I have stayed numerous places on Ft. Myers Beach over the last decade...some fancy....some not so great...but I can honestly say that Silver Sands Villas is my absolute favorite! It's charming....cozy...just wonderful.I stayed just one night each of the two times and can't wait to stay for a longer period of time. I have reccomended it to several of my friends and relatives.

Told to go here by a local, "one flight up" salon lady said nice place...she was correct, so cute, picturesque, clean, private, oasis from crowds yet so close to all, walk to all, take the trolley, little cabins w/efficiencies, private tiki bar by pool area, no shenanigans tolerated!
