Beware! dirty, rude, rundown..

It was the worst hotel experience we have ever encountered. The room was filthy, trash still in room, bed had not been cleaned, hair and eyelashes in the bed. The bed was terrible, not to say a double was all they had, they said because we used a online booking service. The bed felt like cardboard and sounded like it as well. We called the online booking service, they refunded our money and had us in a new hotel within a half hour. It was 100% better, and only $30 more. Please, I am stressing this review, do not put yourself into this terrible hotel even though it is cheap. And the staff could careless. Terrible!!!

Dirty Dirty Dirty

My room had the dirtiest toilet that I have ever seen. Hair on the floor and poop on the toilet seat - no kidding. We arrived after the office closed and after a cell phone call to the number listed on the sign, we were checked in by the laundry man. We went up to the dirty room and tried to call the number again and there was no answer. We finally contacted the laundry man and although he offered to clean the room, we left in search of another hotel at 1:00 am. I give a 2 on service because the laundry man was pleasant and the manager agreed to a refund a couple of days later. Don't skimp on this place!

bad service

Just came back from my trip and we stay in this hotel had a really bad sevice, when the day before i arrive, I call to confirm my reservation and i gave my first name and last name,the front desk can't found my reservation and i ask them to check under my conformation number but they don't want to use my number to check but they just keep saying i don't have any reservation and after that they just hang up my phone and i try to call again but they just put me to the answer machine, so don't book this hotel at that location.
