Holiday Inn Exp Suites Bend, Bend

My family travels all the time and we always read the reviews before staying in a hotel. We understand sometimes somebody has a bad experience and so trashes the hotel and perhaps for good reason, but we were amazed that this hotel is only rated two stars. It was so nice! It felt like it was brand new. We even took our Christmas pictures inside the lobby. We had 3 relatives come and visit us there and they were impressed. We used the pool, sauna, exercise equipment and even had a nice hot breakfast there. My son used the wireless intenet. The back side of the hotel gives a nice view from 3rd floor. You won't be disappointed, especially for $100.00 It's near some of the new shops in town. No question we will stay there again.

This is our 3rd stay and the experience is always very pleasant. Personnel very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean with all the amenities. The included breakfast is very good.

I had a birthday party for my daughter. Was not informed by the staff that I could only have six people in the room. So my bill went from 212.00 dollars. To almost 400.00dollars

This was one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. We normally stay in highend timeshare resorts so this was a pleasant surprise. The rooms and bedding were exceptionally clean. Room very nice sizeand room has many additional amnenities. The breakfast has a large assortment of pastries, cereals and fruit. Very good too. I would highly recommend this hotel when you are staying in the area - you will not be disappointed.

I did not like most of the staff. They were loud and rude. The 3rd shift gentleman was nice, everyone else was horrible! Not worth the price!!!

Perhaps not the cheapest option in Bend, the Holiday Inn is one of the nicer and reliably clean places to stay. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The indoor pool is a little small, but nice. My biggest complaint would be the location, since it is on the literal edge of town.
