Holiday Inn Express Frankfort, Frankfort

I wish I could give negative stars. The manager of this hotel is extremely rude, unreasonable, incompetent and unscrupulous. One of the rooms in my party had sheets on which someone had urinated. Numerous guests in my party had been given the wrong rate. The manager lied to my face while we were trying to resolve the dispute which was entirely due to an incompetently trained staff. Ultimately, I had to involve the corporate franchise manager and the owners of the hotel to get the situation satisfactorily resolved. I will say, the corporate staff of Holiday Inn Express were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. However, the manager of the hotel was simply awful.

WE STAYED THERE AND LOVED IT. IT WAS SUPER CLEAN. THE POLL AND HOT TUBE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. THE COMFORTERS ON THE BED WAS THE BEST. THEY WERE NOT THOSE CHEAP THINGS THAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY GET ON YOUR BED. NICE PEOPLE. I AM ON THE SIGHT NOW PLANNING ANOTHER TRIP TO FRANKFORT AND THAT IS WHERE I PLAN ON STAYING. THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!!

i found the management to be very rude,after having a bad experience in the past, i was given a comp coupon. when trying to use the coupon i was told they would not use it.the manager was extremly rude, and unhelpful to any questions i had about the facility, or my coupon.

They were very clean and friendly. They went out of their way to accomidate us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would say if you were staying in Frankfort IN to stay at the Holiday Inn Express!

roaches and bed buggs noise comming from next room stayed 3 hrs. and could not get refund do not recommend for 85 you can stay at other hotels in better condition for less we did..
