worst hotel experience of my life

I wish I could give negative stars. The manager of this hotel is extremely rude, unreasonable, incompetent and unscrupulous. One of the rooms in my party had sheets on which someone had urinated. Numerous guests in my party had been given the wrong rate. The manager lied to my face while we were trying to resolve the dispute which was entirely due to an incompetently trained staff. Ultimately, I had to involve the corporate franchise manager and the owners of the hotel to get the situation satisfactorily resolved. I will say, the corporate staff of Holiday Inn Express were EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. However, the manager of the hotel was simply awful.
