Not a good place for non-smokers

the staff was very friendly however, we were put in a non-smoking room that still smelled extremely like smoke. In fact the whole floor we stayed in was smelling like cigarette smoke. It was explained to us that non-smoking and smoking rooms are on the same levels just on different sides. However that still made it smokey everywhere. The room was clean and a great breakfast bar with waffles, bagels, eggs, etc.

We Will Be Back!

This hotel was really nice. My family and I stayed there for Spring Break '08. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly. Although the hotel was nice, the shopping was great! We were not far away from the beach. Mt. Pleasant Isle of Palms is a beautiful place! A must see in Charleston, S.C. Another thing, don't be fooled when people say it is far from downtown, it took us 10 minutes to travel from the hotel to Hymans! The ONLY complaint is the rooms we stayed in did NOT have refrigerators, and for the price we paid, it would have been nice.

Great Location

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was great. The room has plenty of room with the vantiy seperate form the shower area. We had a two room suite for a great price. The location was great. The beach was just 2 miles away. Grocery store and shopping centers right behind the hotel. Plenty of places to eat also. Will stay again at this hotel on our next trip.
