Not up to Days Inn's standards

This is the second time we've stayed here and the quality is going down. The rates are really not in line what they offer. The original rate was 68 bucks but with AAA was 52. With tax it was 58. The beds are comfortable but the towels are like sandpaper. It was the free breakfast that was really disappointing. I entered the breakfast area at 8am. There were two pieces of bread, three bagels, a couple of apples and an unlimited supply of oatmeal. The cream cheese was hot and watery, the oj was warm as was the milk. The water for the tea was lukewarm. But the worst was the waffles and the waffle-maker. The first waffle was fine. But when I made the second the waffle maker wouldn't start properly and I had to peel the waffle off in pieces. During this time a person from the office came to fill up the coffee canteen and totally ignored the situation with the waffle-maker. Not good service. One more thing, the pool which was supposed to open at 8am wasn't open when I left the lobby at 8:15am. I doubt that we'll stay there again.
