BEST WESTERN Naples Plaza Hotel, Naples

Rooms were average, difficulty controlling the air conditioning temperature, pool was very cloudy. It was for ane night stay to visit friends. It served it's pupose but would look into other hotels for future visits.

We got a great deal on our stay here. Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the location was easy to find and not too far from restaurants, beaches, or shopping areas. Would definitely stay again if they run another special.

This hotel was a total dump. They had a thin matress on a block of wood instead of a box spring. The bed was was one of the most uncomfortable beds I ever slept on - it was like sleeping on the floor. They have a bed spread on the bed that smelled. In fact the whole room smelled funky. The pillows were uncomfortable.They give you limited scratchy towels and no toiletries but for one small shampoo bottle. In fact, the whole hotel had a moldly odor to it. The staff was poor, barely any civility. They didn't even ask how our stay was when we checked out. Kids with no money can stay here, but for anybody else, stay somewhere else. We had to go to Naples for a business trip but we were so unhappy with the night we stayed there that we left the next day. The hotel guests looked a little scary too. There were alot of thug boys standing around with baggy jeans and long t-shirts on, talking on cell phones. If I was not with my husband, I probably would not have stayed even that one night. No dining facilties - only a burger king next door.

Just arrived from my trip from Naples,Florida.I stayed with my friend in Best Western Naples Plaza Hotel for almost two weeks.We got great deal from internet(which is much lower than current price)but didn´t expect anything special.The room was actually quite comfortable.With microwave,fridge,balcony and room to walk around it was kind of pleasant suprise.Complimentary continental breakfast just added the true value of this hotel.Free internet in the lobby was also handy.Pool area was clean and compact size with jacuzzi.Only negative thing that comes to mind is it´s location near the highway.Noise from traffic was a bit loud even at night time.Overall, very good value to your money.

I had to change rooms 4 times - never have I had to do this before. Lots of unsavory characters roaming around. Gross carpet. Hallways smelled like smoke. I requested non-smoking room yet my room reeked like smoke from someone smoking next door in their room. Loud refridgerators. Very uncomfortable and uncozy decor. Lock on window broken on 1st floor window. No translucent shades to allow light in but offer some privacy (heavy curtains or none at all - even on 1st floor). Horrible florescent lighting. Disgusting t.v. remote. GROSS blanket. NO CONDITIONER. Please enlighten me as to who washes their hair with shampoo only. Bare bones. Uncomfortable. Bad nights sleep. Should be $30 a night, not $70! Employees were nice and accomodating - they gladly helped change my room 4 times and didn't have any attitude - but were very casual. Manager was nice, if a bit defensive, and gave me a refund. Will never go back. Steer clear.

would not send my worst enemy to this hotel. the room was outdated, and with a god awful smell of mold, from the rainfall, downpour, from last year hurricane season. the hotel is obviously operating with the idea that beggers can not be choosey. please do not go to this hotel ever, it would be better if the hurracaine did us a favor.

The location of this hotel is not the best, but considering most vistors to Florida are on fly drives it's not a problem. The rooms are very clean and bright and buffet breakfast is included in the price. We will definately stay here on our next trip, hopefully later this year depending on the HURRICAINES which seem to go on longer every year!!!!!!!!!

This was the best hotel for the money we had. It was 60 USD per night, they didn't charge for the extra bad, the room was wonderfull, the breakfast had a lot of variety, everything was clean, it was just by the 75, everything worked out ok. Very very nice!

Great price of $62/nite during Easter week. This hotel is SUPER clean, great housekeeping, nice warm pool, pretty good complimentary breakfast. Desk mgmt. needs to help keep the noise down (in the halls) at nite, though.

Easy to find great location,Friendly staff We booked the room directly through the hotel, we had reserved a 2Queen non-smoking room when we got there they gave us a smoking room we told them that we needed a non-smoking and they gave us a 2 double bed non-smoking handicap room. The rooms are very spacious extreamly clean the only thing is that the shower floors need some bleach though the shower mat was clean and we had a rocking toilet that when you flushed it, it would splash all over the bathroom. Also when you are done taking a shower there is water all over the bathroom all the way to the toilet since is a handicap room.The room had 2 sinks one in the bathroom and one in the bed area. The hair dryer should be place in the bed area since you can't dry your hair with all the water on the floor unless you want to be electrocuted. My husband stays here very often on bussiness trips and always have a great room. Continental breakfast was very fesh and plentyfull waffles cereal the real thing not imitations a variety of juices coffee muffins bagles etc. The pool was very clean and very nice. Would definitive stay here again only not in a handicap room..
