Fairfield Inn by Marriott Mesquite, Texas, Mesquite

Loved it!! loved indoor pool, staff was awsome!! clean only try to bring spring water with you, the whole city water is awful. Close to several resturants (mexican, cajun,olive garden,red lobster,jack n the box, arbys,hooters) most you can walk to.The breakfest is better than most the usual waffle maker, bagels, coffee then sausage biscuits and bacon biscuits. My kids loved it and so did my husband and I.

I stay at the Mesquite Fairfield Inn every week and if there is ever a problem they immediately take care of it. I always feel like I am at home due to the staff and how everybody knows be by name. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling to the Mesquite area. It was well worth the price and one of the lowest prices around the Mesquite area.

The Mesquite Fairfield Inn was very accomidating and the staff was very helpful. If we ever come back to Mesquite area we will stay here again. We originally booked at the Courtyard in Mesquite and they gave our room away and walked us over to the Fairfield Inn. We were at the Fairfield Inn for 5 days and had no complaints.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was on of the best experiences I ever had. The staff was so accomidating and helpful. We thought about staying at the Courtyard but the rates were way to high and when I called the hotel (Courtyard) the staff was not very helpful.

We stayed for a week. The hotel was only so-so until our vehicles got broken into and the police said that it happened at this particular hotel 2 to 3 times a week. The people that worked here did nothing about it except be rude. There is no warnings and no cameras of any kind to try to stop this. Our reservations were wrong when we got there and checked in. They said that is what happens when you book online. We tried to get our money back so that we could move to a safer hotel because we had 3 small children with us, they said no, if we left we would not receive any of our money back. It was horrible. The rooms were ok, but they were not completly clean. Check in was at 3 we got there after 3 and still had to wait to get our room clean, and it was only done half way. We were very disappointed by the hotel for being a Marriott.

I think for $112 dll i paid was too much for what i got. The rooms are too small.........no continental breakfast, the night staff not friendly at all. NO parking, everything was full. I can of gotten a $55 dll hotel room for the same thing i got here. WIll NOT recommend...........

My trips are exhausting to the area I go for Dr. App for heart transpant. So it seemed like a nice clean place to stay. We check in SOON after we get settled THE TOILET overflowed all over the room. I went down to the clerk to explain situation and instead of giving me a differant room he HANDED ME A TOILET PLUNGER!" Keep in mind I dont have energy to clean toilets much less floors and carpets @ this point I am right out of the doctors office! However I cannot drive no more and have no choice but to stay here SO me and my 7 years old son try to take care of the BATHROOM DISASTER!! WITHOUT help of the clerk! Room next door IS SCREAMING JUMPING and carrying on as if they were doing gymnastics! I call @ 3:00 am and ask for the clerk to move me or at least ask them to quite down a bit! He explains to me there is nothing he can do. The next morning we go down to discuss this and they inform me I CAN NOT have a refund of any sort! NOT even a "sorry" Because I had paid cash for the room. Tryin to get this resolved still.... Want you to be aware! If you stay here dont expect the excellance you may have recieved @ other Marroit hotels!! I am still in disbelief over the whole thing! AND FOR 100.00 IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff were so accomadating. Each and everyone of them. The location may be hard to get too, but, lots of eating places in walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the service was awesome. We will stay here again.
