Unfortunately I have been a long-term guest here and there is rarely running hot water, always interruption there, the internet Wi-Fi constantly shuts down, there are routine water leakages and water pouring from the ceiling/rooms above, they allow any old riff raff to stay in these units - long term too, lots of drugs, domestic violence, yelling and screaming, arguing and fussing, guests doing illegal things upstairs to break the sprinkler system. disabled rooms are not really for the disabled, water force is almost at a trickle, when maids are to clean your room once a week, they argue over how many rooms each has cleaned so they leave you out not because of anything you the guest did, but because of their unprofessional and uncleanliness nature not wanting to clean more rooms than they feel is enough. When they do clean rooms hardened egg yellow is left on the floor for weeks and dirt dripping down cabinets and cupboards, and refrigerator. The floors are not vacuumed deeply at all which leaves bugs and other infestation, the harder bathroom and kitchen floors are not cleaned well at all leaving hair, debris, grit, food stains, hardended egg yolk, etc., and disabled people are not able to get down onto the floors. Disabled people told that they will put in a hand-held shower unit for them in 20 minutes only for one never to arrive, not ever. Moved into a non-disabled room that has no bath bench. Told they would move woman back into a disabled room but it's been nearly 4 to five months; nothing. There is a lot of smoking amongst the guests and employees here including the manager Melisa, her office staff which always flows right into the living quarter units. Routine cigarette butts left outside my door where I don't even smoke, and garbage piling up. There is a huge amount of lent residue that comes right out of the laundry room that is next to the disabled woman's room and it piles up in and around her door. People run their cars right outside the rooms which the parking lot is within a few feet of the living quarters yet people sit in their cars running them while smoking cigarettes. Both carbon dioxides race right into the room making it hard to breathe or getting very sick. Have asked the front desk and management to have them move their cars to the back of the lot if they are going to run them and smoke period. They continue to do it. The bathroom toilet and shower stall are not disinfected and people with skin disabilities, i.e., very suseptible to diseases such as deadly Cellulitis are at risk not to mention hepatitis. The floors are not disinfected. When you are in the middle of a phone conversation the phone system cuts off for no reason, so if you are able to reach your party back or them reach you, the cut off happens even sooner; then again and again and again. You let the front desk know, "Oh, ok. We'll take care of this right away". The problem has persisted for 8 to 9 months and still continues without warning. The Dish or DirectTV, the front desk girls don't know what cable service they use or how to contact them when there is a satellite problem, routine loses its receiver connection, we go without TV channels for over 2 weeks sometimes. When you call the front desk and report it to Vanessa, Melisa, or others there, you get "Oh, we'll take care of this right away", but then 2 more weeks go by and still no displayed channels. The vacuum cleaners are on their last 1/4 life as they make noises and have no real suction power. One maid got upset because I complained and for about a month she would come in and wipe up the floor in the bathroom with my dirty towel then hang it back on the rack. Finally I had to call the police. One clerk allegedly by police, gave birth to a newborn here then murdered it and stuffed it into garbage bags and into the dumpster. She's in jail awaiting trial now. The refrigerators always "freeze up". They won't buy fridges that have auto defrost. Place is an overall dump. F MINUS!

Hard beds, very strong smelling room, and yelling people outside all night. Didn't sleep a wink. I would not ever, ever stay there again. Plus it wasn't cheap.. $73 for a total dump!

I recently lost my brother and had to go to Redmond/Eugene Oregon, while I had made reservation it hit me that I didn't know when I would be in the Eugene area. I tried to cancel reso about 7 minutes after I had made reso and was informed their due to cancelation policy I would be charged something like 56.00. I explained to them I just found out I lost my brother.I was not thinking right at all. Yet they still charged me. Really great way to do business.
