I might go back.

I think the overall hotel was great. I didn't have a pleasant check-out. The clerk Phillis that checked me out, cut off the phone service before I left. I had made some long distance calls the night before. When I chcked in I asked the very sweet Kesha if I needed to pay a deposit for the phone. The response was the calls would be billed to the room. When I returned to my room that night, there was a message that stated I needed to contact front desk. I contacted front desk that night, when I did the gentleman said I had some calls, but go to sleep and I could take care of them in the morning. That morning I went to front desk to pay $11 and some change. I made another long distance phone call and when I went to use the phone again it was cut off. I called front desk and asked what happened, Phillis said if I made another long distance phone call I needed to come pay a deposit. This was about 10:30am, I was dressed and about to check-out. When I checked out I told her I asked if I needed to pay a deposit and I was told NO. The way that it was done was rude, if she thought I was going to try and leave, what is the purpose of the ID and home address? I like the Red Roof Inn and I had a nice time in Raleigh, but that put a sour taste in my mouth.
