This was the worst hotel that my family and I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. My children were scared to use the shower because of the condition of the tub fixtures, the stove insert was burnt with food particles buildup that had not been cleaned and did not look as if it had ever been cleaned since the first time the stove had been used. The floor around the beds were not vaccumed, the refrigerator had coffee spills running down the front and no one seemed to have taken the time to wipe it clean, was too afraid to even open the refrigerator because my children were already disgusted with the condition of the room to the point my son slept with his socks on because he was afraid something would get on his feet. The pillows were so flat and out of shape that we actually went to Walmart and purchased our own pillows to sleep on, while at Walmart we also purchased Lysol, Antibacterial Wipes, and flip-flops to wear in the shower but decided against even using the shower after seeing the dingy, dirty tub insert that was suppose to keep you from having an accident in the tub, we also purchased toilet seat covers (to be on the safe side), there was also black stuff that was on the side of one of the beds which freaked my daughter out. And we are still not sure if the sheets had actually been changed (if was very iffy) and the first thing we did upon our return home was to take a bath to wash away anything we may have brought with us. And if you are wondering why we stayed, the answer is we had already paid and it was pass the time of cancellation when we checked in. Therefore, we will never stay at this hotel ever again and we have already advised our family and friends of the conditions that we were forced to put up with by staying at this hotel. It is an experience that will never be forgotten nor will it ever be repeated!

The kitchen area was nice, the bed was okay, but the tub in the bathroom was very dirty looking, and the sprinkler system outside sprayed in the doorway, therefore, the carpet at the door was soaking wet, and moldy. Told the front desk upon checkout, attendant was very friendly, and did say she would have maintenance check it.

THIS HOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION, BUT THE FLOORS AND BATHTUB, WAS VERY DIRTY, THE DISHES WERE NASTY. THE SOFA WAS BADLY STAIN;I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, ONLY REASON WHY WE STAY HERE WAS BECAUSE ALL THE OTHER HOTELS IN THE AREA WAS BOOK, NOW I SEE WHY HOMESTEAD HAD ROOMS TO SPARE....

I am staying here for more than 2 months now, will be staying till Nov. end. Everything looks ok, except Cleanliness & Hygiene. 1. Your mails are not delivered to your Room at the end of the day, as advertised on the website. 2. One full Service per week is provided, cleanliness is not satisfactory at all. 3. For last 2 months, Comforter & Blanket haven't been changed. I am told by the Hotel Manager, that they have limited quantity of items, AS WELL AS THE NO. OF STAFF. 4. Towels have a very peculiar kind of smell, so I've bought my own towels & stopped using theirs. 5. To get Pillow Covers & Shower Curtain changed, had to request so many times, before it could be done. 6. Sometimes Trash isn't being emptied, sometimes Soaps not being replenished. 7. Stove Top isn't being cleaned at all, though nothing is ever left on it. 8. Deaf ear seems to be turned by the manager on all above points. Rest everything seems to be fine, conveniently located, Good Internet speed, Fridge, Microwave & Kitchennete. Why I haven't shifted from here then, obviously 1st: being location, my office being at a walking distance, lot of eateries around, almost adjacently located CompUSA, CVS, Marshalls, Office Max etc. 2nd: not being too costly for my planned long stay of 3 months, 3rd: Almost all essential things for a single perosn available, e.g. Fridge, Microwave, TV, Internet plus Kitchenette.

Other motels are far far better than homestead. If you dont have any where to go then homested is better than staying on road.The floors are not cleaned and your feet sticks to the floor because of the dirt. The bath tub has stains all over and is better not to bath. The utensils all smell like rotten things which were not cleaned for months. I never touched them after getting the smell. The microwave has uncleaned food inside it. All these things are real and fair comments. The price is too high for the kind of room you get. You can get a 30$ motel which is a lot better than their so called 'SUITES' for extended stay. You cannot stay more than one day. Please never stay at homested seeing the pictures in their website.I cannot give a 'ZERO' for service, cleanliness and value.
