Baymont Inn & Suites Monroe, Monroe

I stayed in this hotel last week, I would say, its worth spending your money and time, they do have a swimming pool witch is open 24 hrs for adults, room was big and comfortable, I felt home right after I walk-in, they had everything, business center, kitchen, indoor heated swimming pool and spa, I would definitely stay there if I go back to Monroe.

Had a great stay last Friday! Desk staff was friendly and caring. They offered assistance for finding ther store and dinner! They printed off a map for me too! The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There was a clean smell to the room. The breakfast in the morning was great. It was nice to not have to spend the money to grab a coffee and some food! I will be coming back soon! Thanks again!

Some of the staff are new and still learning though they were great! Friendly, offered help, offered directions, made sure our stay was great. The drive back to the hotel is rough,because of the road and there is not much to eat besides fast food in the immediate area but the staff were very helpful and provided us with nearby places to eat and shop. Thanks to Crystal and Jennifer for all your great service! We will be staying with you again on our next trip through!

Words cannot describe the superb customer service, cleanliness, and it's room rate. They seem to have an oriented staff and my 2 kids loved the beautiful pool.

I was very impressed with this hotel, and would defiantly return. Staff was so pleasant and eager to help. Hotel had so much to offer for such a great price. And a nice breakfast in the morning.

There is Nice Pool and Hot tub; Very good fun for family. Rooms were very clean and staff was good. I am planning to come back to this hotel with my family and recommend my friends.

The pool was really warm, the staff was constantly asking if everything was ok, if we had enough towels, if we were comfortable, just generally concerned about our welfare.

This hotel is stuck in the middle of what once was a big outlet mall. Pavement is bad driving in but the hotel is very nice. Clean rooms, internet, pool exercise room and more. A little pricey for the location but a nice nights sleep will await you. The outlet mall does have a few stores open and it is within walking distance to the hotel. Bad side is not any places to eat except fast food. Have to drive up to the next couple exits and find dine in places. Gas up the car here the cheapest prices in this part of Michigan you will save 10-15 cents per gallon. (as of Mrch 2006)
