this is a nice place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/17/09
we had a good stay for about a week, had car trouble so we were kind of trapped, but did not mind as the staff was very friendly, gave us acomplimentray upgrade to a huge room to spread out in. enjoyed the breakfast and this place is built well, probably the quietest hotel i have ever stayed in.

What a dump.
The place is worn out and in severe need of an remodel. The front lobby area looks older but nice. The hallway carpetings have lumps in them big enough to be a tripping hazard, carpets are also thread bear in places. The room we had was also a dump, a large two room suite, that could be a really neat place and once may have been, but is now trashed. The sofa in the room had thread bear arm rests as well as the carpet in the room was also badly beat up. The bed looked fairly new, that is the only good think I can think of. The pool is simply nasty, the roof is sagging and piece of metal look like they could hit the water anytime. The pool water looked dirty and the bottom of the pool and hot tub were stained a rusty, brown color. The "free full breakfast buffet" they advertise is simply not true. It is a couple of bread products and an egg dish that tastes like it has been under a heat lamp since yesterday. I've stayed at many Quality inns over the years, most of them are nice and some of them have been very nice, but this is the exeption in is a dump stay somewhere else!!!!

It's Dirty!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/3/07
We checked into our hotel room and the floor was filthy - fingernail clippings, dirt etc. We also found a cockroach in our room. We changed rooms but I'm not sure the floor was much better. There was a pile of chips under one of the beds. Nice people at the front desk but I wouldn't stay there again.

great for a business traveler
By janell, 8/8/07
I travel alot and was very happy with my stay. The business suite was large, and the bedroom area was not just sperated by a little half wall divider. 2 phones, a nice desk (with a real desk chair!)Extremely quiet, the breakfast was perfect, I had coffee, fruit, yogurt, and ham, eggs. I will stay again the next time I need to come to the area.

Can't trust this place.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/28/06
We reserved a motel room with our credit card and informed them that we would arrive late. When we arrived, we were given a key to our room. When we opened the door, somebody was already inside the room. We were then given another room and upon entering that room, we found somebody was already inside that room as well. Finally, the desk clerk informed us that the motel was booked and we were out of luck. They didn't help us in any way. All the Utah Valley motels were booked that weekend due to football and volleyball tournaments. We were basically left homeless. The manager never returned our phone calls, which causes us to believe that he does not care about his patrons. The worst part was having our young children with us with absolutely nowhere to go at 1:00 a.m. Our trip was basically ruined.

Pleasant Stay
By Garrett, 9/27/06
The hotel was close off of the freeway, exit 276, not 279 as posted on the website. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, bringing extra pillows and blankets to our room. The breakfast in the morning was more than expected, with eggs, sausage and hashbrowns as well as a variety of juices to choose from. A nice place and will stay again.

Pleasant Surprise!
By Jim J, 11/2/05
After reading reviews on this property we were a little leary, but since it was only a mile from were our son lives we decided to try it. We found the associates to be very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a double bed (not queen as we booked), an over stuffed easy chair, and a desk with multiple outlets available for charging cell phones, laptops, etc. Internet access was free and worked great. The blanket on the bed was clean but BADLY WRINKLED (needed to be disposed of long ago). The coin washer/dryer and pool area were dirty and needed to be tended to. The parking lot was well lit and ample. They offer a free breakfast each morning which includes, scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits & gravey, cold cereal, cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, coffee, tea, etc. I would recommend this hotel, and we will stay there again.
