Comfort Suites Olathe, Olathe

Ive stayed at this Comfort on and off for years. Its a great buy. Im always pleased with my stays and plan on going again. For the money the breakfast wins it. The pool aera is nice and clean. I hope this place continues to make sure they continue the great service.

After staying at a horrible hotel the night before, we decided to go back to the Comfort Suites. This was our second time staying at this location, and just like before, it was great! It's clean, comfortable, and spacious. We were upset, frustrated, and exhausted from staying elsewhere and just in need of some fun and family time. We checked into a room that we were told had a king sized bed, a fridge, and a "few other things." What we were not informed of was that the king suite had a jacuzzi tub!!! WHAT A RELIEF!! We had an excellent stay, the service was wonderful, breakfast was delicious, the pool was perfect, everything was clean, and the tub in our suite made the stay heavenly! Thank-you to all the wonderful individuals who helped to rescue our Father's Day! I would recommend this location to any traveler who needs a fun, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

A year ago we stayed here and everything was excellent except the bed.Worst bed ever!They said they were all new and they were all the same.This year I was forced back due to location and requested a firm bed weeks ahead.Not only did I get a bad bed but it was the same bed in the same room.Room,spare bed,had visible mold,pretzels under the easy chair.Halls had weird smell,a lot of litter and overall poor housekeeping.Pool area was filthy with wet towels strewn everywhere from the night before.Very noisy!Fairly nice staff and excellent breakfast.Ayear ago it was spotless.This year was dirty!Will try to find something better around there.

The decor was fun for the grandkids and so was the pool. The breakfast was really good and the young lady serving that day took really good care of the supplies. She was also very friendly and had a great smile. She seemed to like her job. Over all this was a good stay. There was a problem witn the sofa bed. We paid for a extra bed and when we opened it up it was broken and could not be slept on. We called and promptly they brought us a roll away. Overall a good stay.
