Quality Inn O'Fallon, Ofallon

The location is great, the breakfast is AWESOME! the rooms are nice, but the jacuzzi---NOT! PLEASE if you are looking for a nice hotel with a nice jacuzzi/pool, pass this one by. The pool was small and you can tell hadn't been cleaned in a while. The jacuzi (bad story) when we arrived to get in it, my fiance noticed that the suds on top had a lot of dirt on them, whihc means the tub hadn't been properly SCRUBBED or cleaned properly once drained. This property as told to me by the maintenance person who service the pool area, they only drain the tub....duh???? so how would you get dirt that has stuck to the walls of the tub off.....HELLO!!!!!!! this was a real turn off for me! because I like hotels with NICE jacuzzi's which are so relaxing. I did bring this to the managers attention but I guess it's too much work to properly scrub the walls of the tub after weekly use. Other than that, the location is right in the midst of everything food and shopping.

Stayed at a different but same class hotel down the road from this one the night before. This one was so much better and the rate was $6 cheaper. The room furnishings were attractive, nice TV, and everything in the room was clean. Did not check out pool, was told the water was cold and the spa was out of operation so that was a disappointment. But overall, a nice place to stay. One problem was that this building is not as soundproofed as others of its type and my "neighbors" were very rowdy and crashing around most of the night. Bedding and towels not only looked clean but smelled fresh, even though this was a smoking room. They could have shoveled the snow off the walks though.
