Hyatt Place Cincinnati Airport, Florence

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Florence Ky for a few nights during the week. The front desk staff was helpful for the most part. But the managment staff was horrible. One of the gentlemen managers was tell a front desk agent that she had messed up in front of other guest including my husband and I. I know that if a employee messes up they have to be corrected but do it in private. That was the start of our two day experience. Later on that day I was so upset about the previous event I went down to the desk and asked to speak with the manager and he was out to lunch. So the front desk girl asked if there was anything that she could help me with. She told me she was a Lead Host. I told her what had happend and she stated that she would bring it to the managers attention. But she didnt really seem to care. Then to top it all off that night when we went to climb in bed the shhets were dirty they had bodily fluids all over them. I then called down to the desk and a young man came and changed my sheets. The next morning my husband and I went down for breakfast and it was a mess. The floor was covered in cereal, the tables were dirty, the chairs needed a really good cleaning. So at this point we decided it was time to leave we were not staying at the hotel anymore. So we checked out a day early and went to the LaQuinta Inn right next store to the Hyatt Place. It was 100% BETTER. And the staff was awsome and the managment was even better. They also have a hot tub and indoor heated pool and free hot breakfast. Needless to say I will never stay at a Hyatt Place agian. There Corporation needs to send someone down to turn there managment team into humans and teach them right from wrong.

My kids and I LOVED this hotel. From the comfy beds to the huge flat screen TV. The room was very clean, the pool was really nice. LOVED the breakfast area, sat and talked with other guests in an informal atmosphere. The hotel employees were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

I ended up here via Priceline and based on my positive expereince, I will seek out other Hyatt Place hotels for lodging needs. The staff is ultra friendly. I received a personal tour upon check in. The hotel is stylish, updated, and clean. It features modern amenities (large flat screen tv, fridge, couch, data, desk, bar, breakfast buffet with premium coffee, comfortable king bed, electronic self check in and more.) If you are a horse owner shipping in to run at Turfway and need lodging - look no further than Hyatt Place.

The Hyatt Place, which was an Ameri Suites when we went the first time, was totally renovated and very upscale. The staff was very very kind and courteous. The rooms were very spacious with nice furniture and my personal favorite, a 42" Plasma TV. Rooms were also clean, with plenty of towels and amenities. The indoor pool was nice, a bit cool, but the room itself was warm. Would have loved to had warmer water in the pool. The hotels lobby had everything you could imagine. The hotel offers around the clock food service and they offer a continental breakfast with the option to order more to your personal taste. This is a must stay hotel and when we go back in the future travels, we will stay again. The hotel is just off the main roads and highway, at the same time as not having a lot of traffic. There are many shopping centers near by as well as popular dining choices. The Florence Mall is a must see just up the road with a two story Carousel ride!!

My husband and I stay at this hotel at least three times a year as our weekend getaway. I would recommend this hotel for everyone.

We have used the motel the past two years for the host motel at the Kustoms of America "Double Date" Car Show. The people are unbelievably great.
