Bow Valley Bedfinders, Canmore

Hi everyone, All I can say about the Canadian Rockies Chalets is wow! I really don't know what is wrong with the "professional mooches" of the world but this is certainly not a place to complain about. You get a fully appointed condo suite for a very reasonable rate, there are no bell"s and whistles (therefore you don't have huge additional charges for things you don't need/don't use/don't want) the staff is very friendly and helpful. This place is great for a family/ a group of friends/ or just a couple that wants a little space. If you want a 5 star experience this is not the place for you but you also have to understand that you are not paying a 5 star price either. Thank you Canadian Rockies Chalets for making our stay in Canmore so enjoyable. We look forward to coming and staying with you again in the near future.

The units they show on their website is nothing like what you`re going to get when you get there. Unit 135 that we had was a Bear Den and absolutely disgusting. Dirty dishes in the cupboards with hair. Carpets are gross and we made sure to wear our shoes all the time. Burned out light bulbs. Not very many dishes. Make up stickers from the previous guest in the bed. Dirty towels under the sink. They had the wrong cover for the thermostat... and the list goes on. It was dark and gross. We will never be back. EXTREMELY loud from the trains. Other accomodations are required to have sound proofing, but clearly they did not.
