I will not go back!!!

The location was good, that was the only thing good about it! My family and I were leaving to go on a cruise and live 1 1/2 hours from the airport, so we got a room at Sleep Inn to save time because our flight left at 6:34 a.m.The guest on the floor above us were very loud. It sounded like they were jumping off the bed, running,moving furniture, etc. The noise started about 8:00p.m. Around 10:30 p.m. we called the front desk to complain about the noise, and were told they would investigate the problem. It continued the rest of the night.When we complained during check out we were told by the front desk personnel he'd been to the room several times to try and solve the problem. Which wasn't solved. We were not at all happy when we left with only a few hours of sleep , due to all the noise.We asked about a discount and were told" no" because we booked on hotels.com and it was already charged to our credit card. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received at Sleep Inn.
