HORRIBLE! After coming back to my hotel room and finding a number of people in there already, I brought the problem to management. Late night desk clerk had given keys to people who gave my room number and decided to party in my room with out my kniowledge. I did not know these individuals. Management refused to take any accountablility or refund my money, saying it was a matter for the police. Not wanting to get invoilved with the police, I declined making a astatmenent when the RCMP called. I am now told by the hotel manager that this not a customer service issue and I must press charges on the people in my room rather than be compensated by them. I was bullied, talked down to, treated horribly, and the management refuses to take any responsability for the case. Hoping I would go away when the police called, they have not contacted me since. I on the other hand have not let it stand and have gone to the direct Ramada World Wide. This is a SECURITY issue!

My wife and I stayed here in January. We were surprised to find our reservations were not kept even though they took our deposit a week ago. We talked to the manager on duty and when he didn't care, we spoke to the General Manager who was very rude and not helpful either. They finally decided to give us a room and kick one of the other reservations out. In the end we were wishing that we hadn't asked for the help. The pool was closed due to a Public Health Order and the hotel is located right beside the railway tracks. Every train travelling across Alberta goes behind this hotel and they all blow their whistle's the whole way through town. The whole building rattles when they go by and we were kept awake all night. In retrospect I would have rather paid someone $100 dollars to sleep in their car. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more for another hotel, don't let the looks fool you.

The area is gorgeous and the staff was very nice. The bedroom was very comfortable. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the breakfast bar. Fresh waffles would be better than frozen ones, and every other hot item is made in one microwave that the staff member uses to heat up, leaving it unavailabe to guests who want to re-heat thier cold food.
