Baymont Inn & Suites La Crosse/Onalaska, Onalaska

I really liked the hotel in general. It was very clean, modern, and the staff was very nice. The room was perfect. The breakfast was normal for a continental breakfast, pure carbohydrates, but all in all, nice to have something there when we awoke. Coffee was 24 hours which was much appreciated. I have only 2 gripes. First, I chose the hotel so we could swim and the pool was so cold no one could get in. I heard this complaint from several of the guests. Second, I was charged twice for my stay, once by Yahoo Travel and again by the hotel. They were very helpful/nice and figured it out quickly but there was the hassle factor of having to find the phone number and call.
