Quality Inn, Jacksonville

I stayed for a few days and was very pleasantly surprised. No other hotel had rooms available so I felt "stuck" having to stay here. I am going to be back in Jacksonville on business and will stay here every time. Well worth the price and in a great location.

i stayed at the Innkeeper for almost 3 weeks doing support training with some team of marines at Camp Lejeune...the only thing i dislike at this hotel is the smell of cigarette smoke when i walk along the corridors of the 2nd flr,well only the part where the smoking rooms are located,but when you get inside your room,you'll only smell the clean fresh scent of a cleaned bedroom..one of the best experienced i had there are the very accomodating and friendly staff,all smiles everytime you walk past them,i often stop by at the desk and have a lil chat with them.coffee is always available whenever you need a cup,the location of the hotel is perfect,and it is a safe place....i would recommend this to a friend.

IF YOU LIKE THE SMELL OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AS YOU ARE WALKING INTO THE LOBBY, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I STAYED ON THE 3RD FLOOR IN A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND YOU COULD STILL SMELL THE SMOKE. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE, NOT ONLY BECAUSE OF THE SMOKE SMELL, BUT BETWEEN THE TRAFFIC NOISE AND THE LOW LIFE CUSTOMERS, AS A SINGLE WOMAN, I JUST PLAIN OLD DIDN'T FEEL SAFE. THESE FOUR AND FIVE STAR REVIEWS SIMPLY AREN'T ACCURATE!!

I usually stay at the Extended Stay close by but they keep going up on their prices (over $100 per night). I decided to try Innkeeper since it was cheaper expecting it to be dirty like the others in the area. I was suprised that is was very clean. This might be the new spot when I come to town.

Absolutely worth the money! Prices quite reasonable! Employees were extremely pleasant and accomodating. Very clean rooms With microwaves and refrigerators. Swimming pool very small but it did not effect the overall experience. Will definately be back!

If you are looking for frills, this isnt the hotel for you, no pictures on the walls, no quilt/bedspread, no table or chairs to sit on BUT if you are looking for a good, clean place with nice employees, this is the place to stay. I spent 5 nights there for the Beirut Memorial Ceremony. They have a small microwave in the rooms, small frig, a coffee maker (but you dont need it because there is 24 hour coffee downstairs), they have cont breakfast that is pretty good, free internet (with a computer downstairs). It is close to sharp shooters - a fun bar, ABC liquor store and a good Mexican restaurant all are within walking distance.

I really enjoy staying here. Every visit I have stayed as always been great. It's a clean place and the staff is nice as well. If it wasn't for me planning a wedding soon I would continue to stay here. Oh, I do miss the smell of the clean laundry in the mornings. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting the Jacksonville area. Besides it's really nice for when you want to drink, places are near there and you can walk around and not have to get a taxi cab. I love it here.

We arrived by car at 4:00 am and tried to find a hotel til after 6:00 am. When we arrived at the Innkeeper, we were thrilled to learn that if you check-in after 6:00 am, your price includes to the next day. They were a lifesaver and I believe they should advertise more.
