Ramada Limited Biloxi, Biloxi

We had reservations at Ramada Inn - Limited in Biloxi on May 14th. We arrived at 1:30 but was met with a hand written sign stating "No Vacancy".We entered the lobby & told the clerk we had reservations but was told there was no check-in until 3:00pm so we left.Upon returning we were issued key cards for room 254 & told check out time was 11:00am. We were there about a half hour when we heard someone attempting to enter the room. I went to the door,opened it & was met by a couple who said they were assigned the same room, they apologized & went back to the lobby.The next issues were: it was a smoking room with no ash trays.The air condition was surrounded by black mold. We obseved a soiled blanket on one of the beds. The next day we observed that thebathroom shower also had mold & mildew all around the ceiling, the metal shower fixtures were rusted.The ceiling above the beds were bubbled & puffed out. This was the worse hotel experience I've ever had. I took photos and am sending them to your corporate office.

Coming from a large family makes it difficult to stay in touch some times. Once a year we all meet for 4-5 days to caught up and to spend time together. This year we chose to go to the Gulf and what a great time we had. Thanks to the staff we had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and all our resevations were done has I had requested. This has not always happened since we are making reservations for 10 rooms at a time. The staff was very helpful in helping us plan our activities and went above and beyond when one of us had to stay an extra night due to flight cancelations due to poor weather at home. Thank you to the staff for your prompt attention when there was a problem. Staff was very polite and professional. Alot of road construction was going on making it difficult to get around at times. We would all most definitely stay again!!

The room was clean, and the person at the front desk welcomed us. She made certain to invite us to breakfast the next morning and told us just to call the desk if we needed anything. My husband and I stayed 2 nights, the beds are a bit hard(needs improvment there for sure) but overall a good stay.
