Don't stay hear if you want good service!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel prior to an early morning flight. We booked a non-smoking room five months in advance. When we checked in, we were told there were no non-smoking rooms. Our "supposed" non-smoking room was in between 2 smoking rooms. In addition, the girl at the counter was very rude and pretty much told us that we had a room and should be happy with that. Later we went to the desk to ask a question about restaurants and were told that the hotel did not provide informational services. When I sent an email to the General Mgr of the hotel with my concerns, we were ignored.
The location to the airport is great; but I do not think it is worth the poor customer service one will receive. Cleanliness of the rooms is average. The stay and fly option is good and that is why my husband and I chose to stay here. The breakfast is average.
