We have a great time at the Heidelberg

My wife and I have coming to the Heidelberg for many years every winter
for four months. It is no suite at the Marriot,but neither is the price,They
have been making improvements every year to ,make things more com-
fortable. New floors,carpets,sofas, kitchen tables,chairs,dishes,etc.
There are some people that think they should have their buttts wiped.but
that is a service that is one service they wont provide.I heard that people
can go up the hill to the nursing home and they provide that service.
The staff is very easy to work with from the office, the maintainence,
to the maids.
Everyone is here to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and
we love the service and will continue to come back until we can no
longer make the trip and would recommend it to every one.
