Horrible Experience

I didn't mind the train whistle blowing loudly shaking the room all the hours of the night, but then again I grew up near the tracks. What I did mind was the lousy attitude of the owner/manager. She was by far one of the rudest people I have met. They gave me one price when checking in and tried to charge me more when leaving, saying that the person who gave me that price wasn't authorized. Hello! She's your employee at your front desk. That makes her authorized. Then she tried to intimidate me saying she'd fire the girl. When that didn't work she said she'd take it from her pay (a quiet, little, pregnant college student). Nice, huh? I refused to leave until they removed the charges. I had to withstand quite a bit of yelling from this person who thought they could bully me until I just left. I would not recommend anyone stay here. Is that how you treat customers? Or even other human beings? I was so upset when I left. Why ruin someones day like that. Don't go there. You'll get the same treatment. I'd rather pay twice the amount somewhere else.
