Most amazing staff, great hotel

My wife and I got home today after being stranded, without our luggage, in Dallas by American Airlines. We lucked out when we booked a room at the Courtyard DFW North. I traveled professionally for almost twenty years and have stayed in some very nice (and expensive) hotels.
This hotel beats them all easily, and it does so on the strength of its staff. Don't get me wrong, it is a beautiful and immaculate facility with comfortable beds and great amenities, but it was the kindness and consideration of the staff that made the significant impression. And when I say staff I mean everybody from every level of the organization. Knowing our situation, they even gave us gift certificates and took us to the Grapevine Mall so we could buy a change of clothes. This is the only place i will ever stay in Dallas.
