Worst Customer Service EVER!

This is such a beautiful hotel, in a great location, but the service was horrible! I tried to call the morning of my check in to see if I could check in early before going to see a show at the Fox, no one would ever take my call, line took forever, with only 1-2 people in front of you, my bill was wrong by $80.00, I tried to call the front desk to get it taken care of, and again NO one would answer the phone, I have up after about 30 minutes of listening to a phone ring, then we called to find out what time check out was and still it took 15 minutes to speak to someone...no one ever appoligized for the poor service. Valet took 15 minutes to even acknowledge my car... just very poor service all around, I would never stay there again, and it's a shame for the location of the beautiful hotel!
