Nice hotel, but I was insulted ...
I was pleased with the amenities in this hotel. The room was large, clean, and was overall - very pleasant. The continental breakfast was delicious. There was something for everyone's taste. The only thing I have to complain about is the fact that I received an insult only moments after walking into this hotel. I was in town for a relative's 80th birthday party. The day before the big event, my entire family checked into the hotel. While standing in the hotel lobby, the young woman behind the desk handed my dad (age 78) his keycard, then said (while looking straight at me); "and here is your 'sister's' keycard for her room..." I am only 49 years old and do not look like I could be my father's sister, except for the fact that my hair is gray. The management in this hotel chain needs to train their employees to look at people more closely when they check in, so as to not insult their guests. It cast a pall on the entire weekend for me.
