Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Fiesta Park, San Antonio

For a family, it was fantastic! The pool has a little tykes play house for the kids, and for the parents there is comfy furniture to relax on while the kiddos are playing! It was quiet and the room was comfortable. The housekeepers cleaned our room well. No bugs were seen. The Queen bed was comfortable and we got a room with a couch, microwave and mini-fridge. The price was reasonable and much less than the other hotels in that area. It was close to Fiesta 6 Flags and Sea World -- which is why we went to San Antonio! We would go back in a heartbeat!

Customer Service is horrible and so is the management and staff -- This is the worst hotel that Choice has in San Antonio -- But I guess that's what happens when you franchise....Don't stay there --- Pay the price to stay somewhere nice -- It's worth it -- Even if they give rooms away -- Don't stay there.

Unless you like bugs in your room and doors that don't lock, you won't want to stay here. I have never been so disappointed and upset over a room in my life. The price for what we got was pathetic. We had several bugs on the floor in the restroom and after the cleaning crew was there, they were still on the floor. The deadbolt didn't work and I was afraid to stay in the room. When I complained, I was basically brushed off. I can't imagine anyone actually paying money to stay here.

Only one thing --- breakfast could be served a little later than 9:30 maybe 10:30 for those that may sleep in. The registration person for Saturday and Sunday, July 7th and 8th -- Kelly was so very very helpful. Ask for movies she was so quick to direct and even printed the showtimes without even being asked. Directions to Fiesta Texas, eating areas, extra garbage bags, towels, whatever was asked quick to respond.
