Poor Service

Despite booking and paying the rack rate over a month in advance, we arrived only to be told that there 'was a problem' with room availability - they blamed their computer, saying that 25 other people were also affected. Staff had a 'couldn't care less attitude'. We were transferred to another hotel in a location we did not want to be with a young child. No apologies were offered - just a shrug of the shoulders! Our holiday was ruined. Steer well clear if you are a tourist visitor - busines travellers seemed to check in just fine.
