So many problems!
I have stayed in many different hotels and motels over the past 5 years and I've never had as many problems as I had here. While the price is good ($54 per night or $250 per week), I have stayed in cheaper motels that are nicer and had better service. My room key did not work on several occasions and I had to go to the front desk to get it fixed. All of the front desk clerks except for one were very rude and gave me attitude about it. One Hispanic front desk clerk (a woman) was particularly rude to my friend when he called the hotel and put him on hold for a long time, knowing that he was calling long distance. The bathroom light completely stopped working and while someone did arrive quickly to fix it, it only worked about 50% of the time even after it was fixed. There is no free Internet. There is Internet service available, but you must pay for it, and it broke down on me while I still had about $5.00 left in there. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful and said "Well, I can't do anything about it until the technician comes in at 3 pm." This was at about 10 am. She didn't refund my money or anything. The water took forever to drain out of the bathtub, and people kept calling my room and hanging up (which I know, might not be the hotel's fault). There is no alarm clock or hairdryer in the room, and the TV comes equipped with very few channels. About half the channels were in Spanish. I will never stay here again, especially considering I have stayed in motel rooms that come equipped with a microwave and mini-fridge for only $40 a night.
