We found the rooms to be lovely, fresh, clean. The location was convenient. The staff was interested in seeing that we were comfortable and happy. the rate was highly competitive and a very good value. Would not hesitate to stay here on every visit to Amarillao

Because I found a low internet rate, I was only offered $5 back for a shower that allowed water to build up to my ankles - even running the shower slowly. Why is housekeeping so poor as to not discover this during normal cleaning - it should be routine to periodically clean the drains so guests aren't subjected to everyones bacteria and hair stuck in the drain... The desk clerk said, "you got the lowest rate"... so I am to assume if you get a low rate, don't expect everything to work properly. The juice machine wasn't working for breakfast and no one bought bottled juice for the guests... poor customer service at this location. You have many choices in Amarillo, you can skip this one...
