BAD IMPRESSION!

I stay there at june 2009. After a long journey from airport, i reach the hotel but what dissapointed me is i receive a bad service of receptionist. i have to wait for 3-4hours only can get into my room. wah! so tired and anger for waiting there so long without any redeem by the hotel for their bad service. Even terrible is when i try to give a call to the operator or reception counter for some requirement but nobody answer my phone and i have to go up and down to the front counter for settle all those stuff. really dissapointed me for all the worst services there!!!

The hotel is clean and tidy.The location is great. However check in service is abit slow and the buffet breakfast is expensive and not much variety.The hotel do not have its own parking,end up must use the jockey services at there(of cos need to pay for that).I found this is troublesome.

Bad service, good location

we have stayed here for 3 nights in dec 2007. Check in took a long time. Only 2 rooms out of 3 rooms were ready. The 3rd room was ready after about 3 hours of waiting only to find out that they didn't give us an extra bed like we booked. The service in one of the restaurant was terrible. After we ordered our food, we had to wait for over an hour before the food was ready. We were the only one in the restaurant!! Aside for the bad service, everything else was okay. the location was great for shoppers.

Just forget it!!!

I sure damn hated the place. Its really tiny.....I mean it really doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. The rooms were ok-ok...quite unclean, dusty and thick carpets, the internet was overpriced. The lobby/sitting room as seen in some of the pics. of the hotel thats much smaller than what it looks like in those pics.The breakfast sucked big time...I literally hated the food they served.The only thing I liked was the breathtaking view it offers of the twin towers. And yeah, the location is great.

The most dusty room.

The room I paid for was 270 pernight. It was so so run down, carpet was so thick with dust i bet you it(the dust) was 2 inches thick.It's so far the worst hotel room I have ever stayed. It is even more more worst than any other low grade hotel in second division of Sarawak.I bet you they never even vacuum the carpet....so so terrible. Just to think of sleeping in that HOTEL room makes me want to suffocate and vomit. Total experince on this HOTEL awful...awful...awful

A place to be...

What do i like?? i like everything.. "A PLACE TO BE" cos nearer to all the major shopping complex... i still remembered the 1st time i was there i get a room on the very top floor.. if i'm not mistaken it was 2004(i can't remember) it was in the middle room with a nice view of KL.. just sitting near the window is breathtaking.The view of KLCC and KL Tower..geez..i miss it alot.. the service is good as the staff help me alot if my return ticket to BKI... THANKS to them... There's nothing i dislike...

We are coming back again!!!

Location superb, the hotel is perfectly situated, right in the happening place!!! I used to book for our overseas guests at various hotels in town. One thing which I'm glad to say most of them would prefer to stay at Coronade KL again and again. This hotel is more than just a hotel, with everything you need, ALL within walking distance...its just that convenient!!! (try it! and you'll be impressed) The hotel ambience is comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and more than helpful. Its ratings are well deserved! LAST BUT NOT LEAST!, we are coming back again!!! See you again CORONADE KL!!!

It's a bad hotel for 4 stars hotel !

The hotel was dirty and the rooms are to small and not good enough for 4 stars hotel. the restaurant was small, not so clean, and the food not to good. overall, I'm not recommend this hotel because I was so dissapoint to have experience stayed in this hotel

its clean! the view of the twin towers was pretty cool. comfortable pool area with perfect spot for sun. you dont even have to go outside to go to hard rock cafe.live band within the hotel every night. resturant always full with energy, met a lot of pleasant people there. 2 min walk to the best clubs. ordering cakes to the room are a must. garage shop accross the road found usefull. and it wasnt expensive
