Sleep Inn Wilmington, Wilmington

This hotel is in a great location. I used to stay in this hotel everytime I would be on business in Wilmington. however, over the years this hotel has started to show wear & tear. Rooms are very small. I have to began to stay at other properties in Wilmington recently.

I reserved a meeting room for 15 people. I showed up an hour early to set up my things because thats how long i needed to set up. When I got there the meeting room was still left over from the night before. food on the floor and dirty dishes and plates on the tables. I had the understanding that the room would be set how I needed with tables and chairs and table cloths. I had to personally ask one of the staff to help set up and he was great. He did however mention that he didnt know if they had table cloths but assured me that If he couldnt find any he would just go get some sheets. WOW! I held my meeting and everything went fine. But I will not be using this hotel again for anything! Definatly not professional!

Im not even sure where to start but the Front Desk agent acted as if they didnt know what they were doing. From the sign outside they claim they just renovated but it looks like they need another one. Rooms smelled like mildew and smoke. I would not recommend this crappy place to no one. Asked to speak with a manager and they were no where to be found.....Def will not go back again

Everything about this hotel was nice. I really enjoyed the shower and the friendliness of staff. I was was comfortable, the bed was comfortable, and the pool was nice and clean. I will be going back and I would recommend this hotel to any one traveling to Wilmington, NC for vacation.
